4. How long does shipping take?

Typically, packages arrive at their destination within three (3) to ten (10) business days from the date the order is fulfilled depending on the distance from Vaughan, Ontario, statutory holidays, and the weather.

If it is a pre-order, it will also depend on how long it will take Ducati to deliver it to us before it gets shipped out to you.

5. What is your return policy?

 Returns and exchanges are under the discretion of the Fixed Operations Manager, Paul Joghati. Please email him at pauljoghati@lithia.com for further questions. 

6. How long does it take to process an order?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during busy periods, it may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed on our website. They make the perfect gift for any motorcycle enthusiast! :)

10. Do you have a physical store location?

Yes, we are located at 115 Auto Park Circle in Woodbridge, Ontario! This is our temporary location as a brand new facility is currently being built for us.

11. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs calculated by weight, dimensions, and distance for a fair shopping experience.

12. How do pre-orders work?

At Ducati Toronto, we are excited to offer pre-order items for our valued customers. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your desired products before they are officially released or restocked. This gives you the advantage of being one of the first to own the latest motorcycle accessories and apparel.

When you pre-order an item, you are reserving it in advance. This means that you will be among the first to receive the product as soon as it becomes available. Pre-ordering is a great way to ensure that you don't miss out on popular items that may sell out quickly.

Here's how the pre-order process works:

  1. Browse our website and look for products labeled as "pre-order". These items may or may not have a specific release date mentioned depending on the status of the item.
  2. Add the desired pre-order items to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual.
  3. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information.
  4. Once your order is placed, we will reserve the pre-order items for you.
  5. When the release date arrives, we will ship the pre-order items to you using the shipping method you selected during checkout.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your pre-order items have been shipped.

Please note that when you pre-order items, payment is typically processed at the time of purchase. This ensures that your order is secured and that we can reserve the products for you. There are no refunds for pre-orders. If you have any questions or concerns about the pre-order process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Upon ordering, your package will be shipped once all pre-ordered items have arrived from Ducati's warehouses. Occasionally, there may be delays... we appreciate your patience.

13. What is your spare parts policy?

OEM parts orders are fulfilled from either our Ducati Toronto warehouse if the item is in stock here, or we will automatically order the item from the Ducati warehouse in Italy and ship to you when it arrives here. Most items not in stock here are in stock in Italy and generally take around one (1) to two (2) weeks to arrive here from Italy, however delivery timeframes can vary due to international shipping and customs clearance issues. If the item you order is not in stock and backordered, we will contact you with the estimated backorder time-frame.

Contact us to check stock on items before ordering if the timing is critical on the item or if you are unsure of which part fits your bike once you have placed an order. All orders of spare parts are subject to the Store Policies referenced above.

14. Help! There is an item I want from Ducati that you don't have listed!

No problem! Send an email to josephinehuang@lithia.com with an appropriate subject and your concern in the email content with either a picture, description, or the part number attached and we will follow up with you as soon as we can!


15. What do you package my shipment with?

When we receive shipments from our suppliers, we keep the cardboard boxes and any fillings to reuse them! This commitment to sustainability not only reduces waste but also allows us to pass on savings to you!

16. What happens if I don't pick up?

If you don't collect your order within 3 months, the system will fulfill it automatically and process the payment. We will make efforts to remind you to collect your order. If you think there was an error, reach out to us.
