Utilizing an optimized structure, our Moto-Tron Pro Guard Feather is constructed with a combination of 6065-T651 aluminum, plastic, and copper, ensuring a dry weight of 48.15 G without accessories.

This unique design meets FIM regulations for racing brake guards, providing superior strength and impact cushioning due to the elasticity of the plastic material. Notably, all major 1000cc WSBK factory teams such as Honda, Ducati, Yamaha, and BMW are currently using plastic brake guards instead of full aluminum.
